When you use an agent to buy or sell your home, you get someone with the education and experience to guide you through the process.

Seems logical enough.  In addition, agents may have some other knowledge, like who the best carpet cleaning company is and maybe even call them for you.  Who is a great home inspector. Which roofing company can you trust, things like that.

An agent will have your back and be there to answer any questions, handle showings, handle paperwork, be there at the closing table, and keep your information in confidence.

The nice thing is, you will have built a relationship with someone you can trust.  Someone who will most likely be more than thrilled to be there after the sale, and be there when you're ready for the next real estate transaction.  You may even gain a friend in the process.
