Fall is approaching and it's time to start thinking about Fall maintenance.

Here are some things you may want to consider:

Have your furnace and thermostat checked out to be sure they are working property.  

Change your furnace filter and adjust humidifier. 

Change the batteries and test smoke detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors.

Have your lawn irrigation system drained and winterized.

Install the storm glass in doors and windows.

Have your fireplace inspected.

Clear gutters and downspouts.

Purchase large lawn bags and rake to clear leaves.

Prepare your winter storm kit, including batteries, an emergency radio, candles, flashlights, blankets, water and non-perishable food.

Prune back flowers and grasses to promote growth in the spring.


Now, go out and enjoy the cooler weather!!
