Born and raised in Colorado, I spent my childhood exploring the trails and creeks of our beautiful state. I proudly attended and graduated from the University of Colorado, in my hometown of Boulder. After many years of working in the title industry as an Escrow Officer, I knew I wanted to sit on the other side of the closing table. To me, real estate isn't just about buying and selling properties, it's about the people that I get to serve. Nothing makes me happier than empowering others to find their American dream, whether that be a cabin in the mountains, or a condo with a skyline view. Whether buying or selling, I love assisting my clients every step of the way. People are my passion and real estate is the vehicle that allows me to live that passion. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets, baking, crafting, going to the mountains and listening to music.

Customer Service: My purpose on this Earth is to serve. I have exclusively worked in customer service roles since I was fifteen years old. This is not about me it is about you, your journey, and your dream of finding what is HOME to you and your family. It is my job to make it about what's right for YOU, and do everything I can to support you throughout this life changing process. I am with you every step of the way, to advocate for you. I genuinely hold my clients best interest at heart and it is my duty to be as helpful as possible to guide you seamlessly through the home buying and selling process.
Location Location, Location: As someone who was born and raised in Colorado, I know and understand the geography, culture and climate of the different areas of our wonderful state.
The Market: I make it a point to research and understand our ever-changing market. The Colorado market is unique in many ways, I watch market statistics to deliver the most current and relevant information to my clients.
Inspections: Buying a house can be scary, especially when it comes to inspections. I hate to admit it, but I once personally bought a fix and flip gone wrong. An inexperienced agent and hack inspector ended up costing me tens of thousands of dollars. As difficult as that experience was for me as a struggling, single mother, I vowed to learn as much as I could so that I could understand home inspections and the red flags to look for. I fight for my clients on their inspection items. My husband is a general contractor and has played a huge role in extending my knowledge of property construction and remodeling, Additionally, I have trustworthy inspector referrals that I am happy to pass on to my clients.
Ethics: I uphold very high standards of ethics and values, I do right by myself and my clients at all times.
